I am not a fat or skinny person , im just right for my height and bone structure. I want to get right for the summer!!! , and I just want to lose some belly and keep the bootay lol so what should i do?

Im 525lbs, Im on the 5th day of my water fast and it seems i didnt lose weight or went in ketosis. Also who goes in ketosis faster a obese person or skinny person.
