How do i get rid of my lovehandles the best? And i have a problem with belly fat too… I know about running and eatting right, but its not working very well. I just graduated last spring so i am no longer in sports so i really do need help. And the dorm food isn’t helping much, i know that for a fact. Please, no BS answers!
I only need to lose about 15-20 lb’s then Im good.
I am 14 years old and weigh around 170. Is that bad? Im tall
I play lots of sports and I am very good at soccer.
I want to get rid of my stomach fat and I have man boobs.
I have been doing 50 sit-ups day
20 push ups and lifting 15 pound weights
also I own a treadmill so I am wondering How many miles or how many calories should I burn on it a day.
I also eat very healthy
I have lost weight doing some cardio in the tredmill and being active in sports. But i still have belly fat and i dont a slim stomach and show atleast a little bit of abs. How can i accomplish this?
Or should i continue doing wat im doing?
I’m a 13 year old girl who has a lil’ trouble with belly fat. I pretty slim all over but I seem to have some trouble maintaining my stomach. I heard that if you kept doing crunches and sit ups without exercising, you would just make your stomach look worse since your muscles will grow bigger under your fat and just make your stomach protrude more. Anyways, I’m just looking for some kind of ab exercise(like crunches) and some sports(like swimming and jogging) to help me lose this belly fat. Maybe some kind of foods too. So to sum it up, I’m a teenager that’s trying to find ways to lose her belly fat and probably tone up her body as well. Any help would be great! Thxs!

Is there any exercise/diet program schedule i can do to get a six-pack? I do all types of sports and stuff so if that is part of the exercise, I can do that. I am not sure if crunches and sit-ups work, but if they do please do tell.

If i walk 30 minutes everyday of the week, that i do 2 hours a week of sports at school, 1 hour of cardio a week and horseback riding once a week, can i get skinny legs fast =S ?
I eat healthy and drink a lot of water.
Is there another effective way to get skinny legs fast ?
