I noticed I’ve gained some weight around my stomach area and it really upsets me. What are some ways to lose the weight quickly without a strict diet? Any good exercises?
Im 15 and i have a little baby fat on the stomach area.
Also im aware you cant loose fat only in one area.
I do have abs but you cant see them very well because of the fat..I’ve been doing crunches/sit-ups for so long….dont think anything happend? Any ideas for exercises?

I am a 27 year old male that weighs 192 lbs. I’ve developed a pudge in my stomach area from beer drinking I assume, and hate the way I look. I want to get rid of this stomach fat and wanted to know the best way to go about it.

I just went on a vocation recently and we had alot of junkfood and ate out every night about and i gained about 5 pounds and i have ran every day this summer.
