i’m 17 years old. I weigh 110. I have one problem. I have belly fat. its not terrible or anything its just that it makes me feel a bit selfconcious. are there any workouts or stretches or something that could help me lose the fat? thank you.
i am 15 years old and i’m 5’8 i work out 5 times a week i do cardio, stretches, and then i start working out. i work out different muscle groups in certain days. i have a see the 4 pack forming already, what should i do to have a six pack? do i eat a lot of foods with protein after i workout or do i eat a little?
