I use to have a six pack when i played sports but i don’t play sports anymore becasue i got hurt. I am very skinny but i just lost my pack. I want to know an easy and fast way to get a six pack for girls. I guess you ould say i have a 2 or 4 pack depending on what im doing. Tip and suggestion would be appricieated and im only 15 so i don’t have like weights or can get to a gym.

I don’t want to take any kind of pills or stuff like that.I probably should get rid of 2kg maybe..i don’t have too much belly fat.So could someone please help?A diet suggestion would be great.I’m 1,85m,79kg.
