I tend to lose inches in my hips quick, but my love handles won’t seem to go away! What are some good exercises that will help me lose the fat around my waist?
Obviously I need to count my calories (which I am) but I’m asking for specific exercises that target that area!!!!

i would like to know if there are any exercise videos out there that target the mid-section.

also, what is the best yoga video to get?

I walk/run on the treadmill, lift weights, use jillian michaels dvd..all in one day. I can see a difference in my legs and arms, but not my middle I need something that’s gonna target that area any suggestions?
