Is there any quick way to get rid of love handles or any exercise?
Is there any exercise that targets love handles SPECIFICALLY?
I realize cardio will help, but I am looking for a movement or specific exercise to targets the area and has quick results. Too good to be true? Thanks!
ok , there are machines at the ymca that involves weights. that targets ypur lave handles. do i stick to these ot keep walking 30 mins a day? which 1 would get rid of love handles faster?
