I am 5’2 and 98lbs. I am trying to flatten my tummy by doing 60 crunches on an exercise ball each day. I barely have any fat on my stomach but it is about an inch under my belly button up to my ribs. Someone said that abs wont show unless that fat is gone, how do I loose that fat? My stomach isn’t flat because my muscles aren’t tight and the layer of fat is probably 1/2 inch thick. I eat healthy… alot of whole grains, fruit, no meat, no dairy, no sodas or sugar. But I get PLENTY of hemp protein and soy protein (I make myself a shake each day). I am a 27 yo guy, and I do yoga, hindu pushups, regular pushups, hindu squats and ab exercises (several types ) everday combined with 1hr walking. My stomach toned up nicely, but am not sure If I am going to see a six pack. I have been reading articles which suggest that I should work out the abs alternate days instead of everyday for a six pack. But I do only one set of reps (20 reps of each exercise) combined with yoga. So is it okay to do everyday and still get a six pack?
I have been doing this routine of yoga, ab exercise, push-ups and walking combo for about 1 month now.

Basically, my arms are all thin and my body has no shape to it.
And basically what I want is;
- more muscular arms
- better defined abs
- and better defined pecs
Are there any simple exercises (that don’t require gym machines and stuff) that I can do at home in the living room to help me get those 3 things?
At the moment I’m not too bothered about the actual fitness part of it, I’m just so sick of my body being so shapeless.
Anything diet-related that would help would be appreciated too.

Help! I have the most disgusting love handles right above my hips! I know you cannot spot reduce, but would like some effective exercises targeting this area. I run, but hate it. How much should I exercise a week? What about eating? I am a female, 120 lbs, 5’4”. Any good running advice for beginners? My legs and knees always get really tired. I would prefer advice from people EXPERIENCED. –Who have gone through this!!!

I’m a girl, 16 and currently doing soccer. I lost some weight, but there are those stubborn few pounds of fat that just won’t leave my midsection. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’m not fat, I’m actually pretty slim; I’m 5 ft 10" and in between 135-140 pounds, but I can’t get rid of my belly pudge. Are there any workouts that I should do? Any foods that would help?

i am 15 years old and i’m 5’8 i work out 5 times a week i do cardio, stretches, and then i start working out. i work out different muscle groups in certain days. i have a see the 4 pack forming already, what should i do to have a six pack? do i eat a lot of foods with protein after i workout or do i eat a little?
