I don’t mean like an expensive machine that does all that stuff…I mean a simple exercise I can do completely free that will lose some weight in my thighs and tiny lovehandles but not in my upper half?

help im going to a pool party and must loose some fat on my thighs and stomach help me!!!!!!!!!!! i need results!!!!!!!!!!

Basically I have a lot of extra time and i want to lose all this fat i have on my amrs, thighs and belly but i dont want to diet crazy and i dont want to pay a lot. Anyone have good training ideas and tips? Somethng you can easily do at home without any type of equipment.

i workout daily but have trouble targeting my problem areas. what type of strength training exercises are good for love handles(my side stomach and lower backish area) and not really thighs, but hips are my major issue.

if you did hip rolling movements everyday for 10 minutes how long would it take to notice a difference in your body?
And what other exercises can tone your stomach/abs and tighten your thighs and bum?

Listen, I’ve been getting skinnier but I’m GAINING weight. How does this work and how do I get skinnier, faster? It’s almost summer vacation and I don’t really want to look like a freaking fat-ass. I want to cut down on my fat (thighs and stomach area) how do I do that?

i am 19 yrs old.i am 5 feet 8.5 inches tall and have a weight of 60 kg.i have fat on my thighs and hips but my upper torso is slim.i want to build six pack abs just by doing exercises.can anybody please tell me any exercise to acheive the same

I am 13 years old. I weigh 155 pounds which i think is 60-75 kg but I’m not positive. I have noticeable hips. I Wear 32inch waist Levi jeans which are loose fit (the ones with the tannish tag that have the red picture and label on them). They still feel kind of tight. I’m 5’5" tall. I have a fat stomach but not extremely fat. When I sit in this computer chair for a while there are red marks on my stomach from fat rubbing together. I really rather not purchase any workout items because I heard they’re all bs ripoffs but if there are any that are worth buying than I might buy it. Also I have very fat thighs(quadrocepts) and calfs. I could use any help on how to lose fat on those areas too. My primary goal is to lose fat. My Secondary goal is to noticeably gain muscle. Thanks for any help.

Ok I don’t get the genetics thing. My mom is freaking skinnier than I am.
I want:
small thighs
small arms
flat stomach
and smaller hips

how can I do that? I’ve already started puberty and I know I’m
suppose to get that womanly shape.

I know you can exercise and eat less, but its not fast.
I have been complaining about my thighs though.
but what can i do for each?
I care about my looks actually so I would have self confidence.

Okay so I am 13 I weigh 120 lbs my doctor says I am a a perfect weight for my age and height 5"1 .But I have belly rolls and thighs that jiggle Im not obese but I just wanna lose 30 lbs over the summer ,any ideas how I can do that and try to keep it. Thanks_ Isabella
