I’m 13 years old and I would like to become skinny FAST! I have school from 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM with lunch at 11:30.

Things I would like to achieve:
-toned arms
-skinny thighs
- toned thighs
- flat belly
- toned abs

Right now, I am barely acceptable weight-wise and have a dance recital with a really short costume and pool party I really need to look good for. I’m a really picky eater though! :(

okay so i have really toned thighs but it seems that the inner thighs keep rubbing together . is there anyway to really work those and get them gone for good??

and my love handles are the only thing keeping me from having great abs! and its driving me nuts! i cant take it anymore!! please help me with these lovehandles!!
