I want to lose my gross, jiggly belly fat, and want to have a more flat, toned tummy by the time summer comes around. I have heard quite a few controversies on just doing crunches.

Also, I have a little fat around the torso area, right under my chest. It is not that much, but I was wondering if there was any good way to get rid of that as well.

A friend told me that sex can flatten abs, where sex is done in a position where one uses his abdominal muscle to thrust and withdraw his lower torso. What do you think?
