Hello, I really want to lose belly fat before summer starts or the start of summer.
I have been doing cardio on the treadmill, Eliptical and lifting weights and ab crunches with weights.
Does anyone have any tips on how can i lose belly fat more effectivelly at the gym?
I am 14 years old and weigh around 170. Is that bad? Im tall
I play lots of sports and I am very good at soccer.
I want to get rid of my stomach fat and I have man boobs.
I have been doing 50 sit-ups day
20 push ups and lifting 15 pound weights
also I own a treadmill so I am wondering How many miles or how many calories should I burn on it a day.
I also eat very healthy
I really want to lose weight especially belly fat. But I can’t leave the house because my parents won’t let me leave alone and they have no time at all because of their job and all. I have no treadmill and stuff and my parents choose the food I eat not me. Help?

I walk/run on the treadmill, lift weights, use jillian michaels dvd..all in one day. I can see a difference in my legs and arms, but not my middle I need something that’s gonna target that area any suggestions?
Weight training consists of 12-14 exercises in 2 circuits with 20 reps. Aerobic is usually treadmill/swimming/or eliptical for 30min -1hr twice a week and then 2 hrs of soccer on the weekend. Thanks
I am really wanting to lose my belly fat. I drink bottled water everyday, sometimes even 10 bottles of water a day. I walk on a treadmill for about 1-2 hours and do 100 sit ups everyday. And I have been trying to eat only 1 meal a day. But I don’t seem to be losing the belly fat like I want, and I have been trying this for 2 months. Anybody got any good ideas or suggestions?
