I find belly fat is easier to get off, can you tell me what types of food go to stomach?
i’m 13 and i am in really good shape–i’m a cheerleader–but i would really like to have a six pack. what exercises can i do and what types of food do i have to eat to get a six pack really fast? and don’t worry about the workout being too long or hard–i’m home all day so i have plenty of time. thank you guys!
