i have lower belly fat but no fat on my upper abs. i run and that keeps me in shape except the lower part of my stomach. how do i get rid of it by doing exercise?
I’m really tall and thin but i have a pouch of lower belly fat that i can’t seem to get rid of. I do crunchies everyday but they are really only good for my upper abs. Are there any good workouts to burn off lower belly fat?
I have lost 60 pounds so far and u can kinda see the 2 pack in the upper abs when i stand straight. but i still have that lower pudgy belly fat. and when i bend over my stomach looks like i gained all those 60 pounds back!? i would greatly appreciate the help!

Crunchies and situps only target my upper abs and I’ve tried the Ablounge.
My lower and middle abs seem more flabby than my upper abs. How do i flatten and tone my lower and middle abs? Are there any foods that can help me keep my stomach flat?
