I have some belly fat that I want to get rid of. But I also want to build muscle at the same time. What kind of diet should I follow? I was thinking low-carb and high-protein but I am worried if the low-carb hurts the muscle building and the high-protein will add more fat in the waist region. Please suggest. I am doing weight training and cardio every day. I am 31 male and average built. Thanks.

Weight training consists of 12-14 exercises in 2 circuits with 20 reps. Aerobic is usually treadmill/swimming/or eliptical for 30min -1hr twice a week and then 2 hrs of soccer on the weekend. Thanks

About 2 years ago I went from 165 to 195 and my 34" waist disappered. I went on a diet consisting of 3 meals a day and only water, while doing crunches every morning and in just a couple of months I was down to 175 and my waist was back to normal. My waist and body still look the same, but I have now reached back to 185 and my belly fat just won’t go away no matter what I do. I have always wanted abs and being 6’2 and 185, I am by no means overweight yet the only fat I have is my stomach. How do I burn that fat easiest and quickest? I am on the go a lot with college so I don’t have a lot of time to focus on a strict diet or intense weight training.

I’m currently exercising and maintaining a healthy eating plan to lose 8lbs and tone my body,I run/walk for 35 mins a day and do some other cardio,bit of weight training etc. but Which exercise should I do to lose my Love-handles?

I really want to build Six-Pack-Abs very badly. However, i am not sure of the Exercises that i can do to build up my body such as Clutches and Leg-Raise. Anyone knows ? Please tell me the correct method of doing the exercise as well because my neck muscles hurt when i am doing my clutches. Exclude Weight Training. Thanks a million=)
