What is a good exercise for getting rid of "love handles"? without using weights.

I dont want any weight loss drinks etc. I just want a simple day to day exercise, using weights preferably.

I use to have a six pack when i played sports but i don’t play sports anymore becasue i got hurt. I am very skinny but i just lost my pack. I want to know an easy and fast way to get a six pack for girls. I guess you ould say i have a 2 or 4 pack depending on what im doing. Tip and suggestion would be appricieated and im only 15 so i don’t have like weights or can get to a gym.

How can I lose 15 pounds of belly fat. After that gain mucsle mostly in my biceps and triceps. Also how long would it take? I want to lose the bell fat and gain the muscle in 2 months. Is that possible?
I dont have any machinery but i have weights, push up bars, and jump rope
I need to lose belly fat yes but Im normal weight so what should i do?

im trying to loose atleast 5-10 lbs before june 2 so i have 8 weeks

and also i need a flat stomach
the part i need to work on the most is my lower abs so more excercises on that

please any suggestions to get a flatter stomach before june 2 and what i should do to change my "diet"

ive been doing the eliptical machine for 20 mins on the cardio level and then i go do other weights and machines and then i walk for 15 mins (should i incline it?) and then bike for 15 mins on the weight lose program…im 137 lbs ..i no muscle weighs more than fat so if i dont actually lose "weight" thats ok i just need to have my stomach flatter

ive been doing this every other days but ive only done 3 days so far….is yoga good? and how about pilates? ive done that but i havent really seen too much of a diffrence

I excersize at least a couple of times a week for a least thirty minutes, and I eat a healthy diet. However, I still have extra fat over my ab muscles. (Which are very hard, if I do say so myself.) I know that I can’t lose all the fat, I just want to lose a healthy amount. When I excersize, I use the elliptical machine (or bikes), I do crunches on and off the ball, and I use weights to tone my arms. Any suggestions to get rid of that little extra belly fat?

How can I get a six pack fast? I do lift weights every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at my school, and am running track, so I think I got the burning fat part down. Can somebody tell me a workout I can do at home and what foods I should be eatting to help me get my six pack showing?
I would like to have them showing by late May to early June.

Ok well i am 12 and i really want to get really big muscles and a nice six pack. how do i get a six pack fast? what exercises do i use?? and also i want to get bigger arm muscles (tricepts and bicepts) right now i am just lifting small weights. ANy other exercises?????? thanks

Is it true that training the abs with high repititions isn’t exactly better?
Should I be training my abs with weights and doing 6-12 reps?

I have no equipement so it needs to be exercises that I can do without weights etc…
