Hi, I’m looking for some serious advice. I’m 5’8, weigh around 145lbs, and am a size 31 waist. I’m very disciplined in what I do but I would like to (finally) get the Holy Grail that is the six-pack abs.
I would really appreciate you fitness gurus if you could give me a workout routine I can follow to 1) get a six-pack 2) loose the love handles. I’ve already cut eating sweet bread, cinnamon rolls, and all those delicious pastries and it’s helped loose a bit of the ‘fluff’ around my waist. Now I just need a routine to get that coveted V-shape.
Just one thing, I’m flat-footed so I can’t run so that’s out. And also, no shakes nor crazy diets. I’m a college student so I can’t be passing out at school. I’m all about the exercise but please, I NEED A ROUTINE!

what should i do? I’m a guy in 8th grade and i need to get a workout routine cuz im a little over weight. i already have a weight machine in my basement. So plz tell me what kind of cardio i need to do and what weight lifting exercises that i need to do.Also if you could tell me how often i need to do these exercises that would be great too. I have all spring and summer to get into shape.I have already improved my diet greatly. Thanks so much
I’m doing weights, I’m doing a lot of declined sit ups but my belly is still fat. how can I lose them? Could someone give me a workout routine?
I’ve been doing pilates and runing a mile everyday, but my arms and legs are still fairly big. I want them to be much much much leaner. If I keep doing this workout routine when will I see results? And to get skinnier fast should I do something else as well?
In my workout routine, I already do many ‘Love Handle’ exercises. The exercises I do are: (1) stand up twist, with the adjustable freemotion cable machine – three sets on each side, (2) side leg lifts – three sets on each side, and (3) stand up side crunches with weights – two sets on each side. On top of that, I do cardio for 25 minutes every time I work out (which is 5 days of the week). My stomach is flat, but not my sides. Seriously, I can’t shake my love handles. WHAT ELSE is there??
