What are great exercises to get great abs(six pack)…and get in better overall shape?

  1. firstly i would like to dispell the myth that doing sit-ups burns your stomach fat and gives you a six-pack. if spot burning were true then people who chew gum would have incredible jaws.

    you need to burn more calories that you are putting into your body. When your working out keep your heart-rate elevated which will help you burn more calories.

  2. Stomach crunches and sit ups are best for the stomach muscles.

    Generally the best exercise is that which uses your cardiovascular system, so running, swimming etc.
