What are some cheaper exercise equipment to flatten my stomach and slim abs?

  1. i don’t suggest uses exercise equipment. i recommend u do hollow body, side, and arch rocks. a hollow body position is when you are lying on your back with you feet raised and your shoulders off the ground with your back lying flat against the ground. an arch is the opposite thing on your stomach. side are the same thing on both sides. another thing you can do are V-ups, arch ups, and side crunches. v ups are when you raise both your legs and back off the floor at the same time. arch ups are the same way except on your stomach and side the same why but on your side. i know that that this doesn’t answer your question at all but these are some exercises that i use and are free but affective.

  2. There really is none the best hope you got is going to a gym and having all the exercise equipment there for you
