  1. To get six-pack abs you have to lose the fat that covers your ab muscles. Training the ab muscles is easy, the hard part is getting them to show. Go on a strict, low calorie diet and do a wide range of exercises, including cardio and muscle training. It is impossible to lose fat in one area of your body — unless you do lipo-suction — so you have to lower your body fat all over. Exercise everyday, alternating types of exercises, for three to four months and you will see yourself slim down and bulk up. The abs will follow. Good luck!

  3. Diet and exercise to get all the fat from abs area gone then the hard rock abs will show. I’m @13% body fat my upper is solid but the lower are still a bit flabby.

  5. REMEMBER YOU CANNOT SPOT-REDUCE! You need to take care of yourself all over and then you will find that extra attention to your abs paying off. Work out mums….it will happen. To dads just keep at it. It will happen faster for you. Don’t forget the anger at exams, just keep at it. The human body is designed to respond. Give it a go.

  6. do 100 sit ups a day
    but for example if you did it today they tommorow dont do it if it hurts
    after the paine gone then do 100 againe
