What are the best workouts to get rid of belly fat?
Don’t tell me sit ups, because I know that all they do is build muscle under the fat, not burn it off.
I don’t want to hear anything about pills either. :
I just want a NATURAL HEALTHY way to lose a little. I’m talking 3 or 4 inches here.
