what can i eat to get skinny fast?

im exercising,but im not loosing weight. im usually always tired, and i think it has something to do with the way i eat.i drink about a half gallon, to a gallon of milk a day. and i eat alot oof junk. i want to change this. help me?

  1. No point exercising if your undermining it by eating unhealthily. Cut out most of the junk food and start eating healthy, grilling meat rather than frying, salads etc.

    If you find yourself hungry between meals, rather than have 3 big meals, have lots of smaller meals throughout the day and drink plenty of water. Id also recommend joining a gym also if you haven’t already.

  3. just don’t eat anything for a while, maybe a week or two, that always helps me lose weight. but you still won’t "get skinny fast" it doesn’t work that way, DUH.

  4. Replace the junk with fruits, veggies, healthy stuff… It’s really not that hard. Just about anything other than processed stuff (pre packed), or fast food would be good. Soda is bad too, the sodium in that can make you look really bloated.

  5. ever see that tv thing where one girl worked out every day of the week, but ate like she wanted,
    and then the other girl, she went to the gym like, once or twice, but counted EVERY CALORIE she ate, and she lost like, 15 pounds, and the other girl lost none?(over the course of a few weeks or something)
