		<description>No point exercising if your undermining it by eating unhealthily. Cut out most of the junk food and start eating healthy, grilling meat rather than frying, salads etc. 

If you find yourself hungry between meals, rather than have 3 big meals, have lots of smaller meals throughout the day and drink plenty of water. Id also recommend joining a gym also if you haven&#039;t already.

		<description>Replace the junk with fruits, veggies, healthy stuff... It&#039;s really not that hard. Just about anything other than processed stuff (pre packed), or fast food would be good. Soda is bad too, the sodium in that can make you look really bloated.</description>
