There is only 1 way. First excercise the muscles in that area and loose fat. You already have abs, you just need to bring your body fat level below about 11%. If your fat level is above this then no amount of crunches, sit-ups, etc will help. Sorry, but its true!

1. Build up the muscle. Do crunches, sit-ups, etc.
2. Lose fat so that the muscle can show; you’ll have to do this by doing cardio exercises, such as running, jump roping, etc.

I’m around your age group so i think i can help you with this one. First off from exercising i don’t really eat fatty foods. Everyone has a six pac but its covered by fat, so first off cut your fats in half. (you’ll learn to like Sub-way on this diet) Secondly, for me i’m 17 and i do crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups every morning, some mornings more than others. (Mornings for me just because i wake up about 2 and 1/2 hours before i have to go to school, it depends on when you have the time, but keep in mind that doing any type of working out at night is not recomended) Like every monday, wednesday, and friday i do 200 push ups and 500 sit-ups/crunches, and the days inbetween ill cut those in half and do 100 push ups and 250 sit-ups/crunches. Push-ups and sit-ups/crunches 50 to a set. But it depends on what you can and can’t do, if you can’t do 50 in a set yet then lower the number and increase the sets until you build to a higher number. This web site has some good ab exercieses – http://www.sixpacknow.com/preview3.html – . On top of all of this, when i am not playing sports as in i don’t have to go to practice, i run at least 2 miles everyday. This is just a me thing but it helps you burn calories and fat and keeps your endurance up. I think i started all of this the summer in between my 8th and 9th grade terms and i’ve had wash board abs ever since then.
