What exercise best targets love handles?
I know there’s no such thing as "spot reduction" but I really just need to focus on my hips. I’m 5’4" and weigh 110 pounds, which isn’t that bad, but I’ve got huge hips. I don’t want to lose that much weight, just get rid of these love handles. Any suggestions?
