What exercise can i do to lose my stomach its not small at all very large and i want to lose my love handles?

what exercise can i do to lose my stomach and see immediate results? I also want to lose my love handles i don’t want to lose weight anywhere else on my body besides my stomach and sides any advice.

  1. Run on the treadmill, do crunches, incline crunches…………thats it
    oh and cut out all the sweets and fast foods , never helps. If your all ready eating healthy, good job, then dont change your diet.
    No soft drinks, no diet soft drinks even. If you are eating healthy and your determined to get a solid stomach you can accomplish your goal. If your really serious you should Run, and do crunches every other day.

    Oh yea and a little tip: after you eat dont go sit on the couch are take a nap, it takes 30 minutes for your food to digest after that If your not active your body has no use for the cals you just put in your body so it stores it as fat, and there ya go.
    Allow your body to digest your food, then get active again, the food will be used for energy rather than being stored as fat.

  2. sit-ups! and lots of them….. otherwise there are a variety of other exercise machines you can buy…… but sit-ups cost nothing!

  3. the best thing ever- the ab roller. seriously, it is amazing and gives you such a flat stomach
