if you are looking for a good work out regement, i go with a 5 day work out... do your hard work out(sit ups and crunches... personally i like leg lifts better) and don't forget pushups, they work your chest, they accentuate the abs... also side lifts, stand straight with weight in one hand and no weight in the other.. proceed to bend at the waiste towards the floor(without falling over) and pull yourself back up..(this gives the 'cage look' to your abs).... do these everyother day i.e. monday wed and friday. on days like tuesday and thursday(the inbetween days) do cardio, it doesn't have to be intense cardio, just cardio... 30 minutes is all you need for those days.. and you should have your set in no time!
!!!!Remember: alternate everyother day, lifting two or more days in a row doesn't give your muscles enough time to repair themselves so you won't get your desired results as fast!!!!!
