what exercise will get rid of those stupid love handles?

just in case some people out there dont know what love handles are, its the fat on your lower back to your sides somewhat

  1. The only way that you can lose those is to lose weight; body weight. There is no way for you to only lose those, in order to lose them you have to lose weight from around your body. In order to accomplish this try some cardio – running, biking, rock climbing ect., body weight exercises – pushups, crunches, chinups ect., that will boost your metabolism. One easier thing you can do is to just cut down on calories! or change the food that you’re currently eating. Frozen vegetables are cheap tasty and just boil them on your stove for a minute or in your microwave. :)

  2. There is no such thing as "spot reduction" when it comes to losing weight. You can do a million crunches a day, and while your stomach MUSCLES will tone up, fat will be lost from all over your body.

  3. If you mean the little bit of fat around your hips you will need to focus on cardio. Such as running, swimming, and elliptical machines. Jump rope and jumping jacks are also great. Eating healthy foods will speed up the process of getting in shape.

    Now, if you really have no flab and just mean your hips, there’s nothing you can do. :)
