		<description>The only way that you can lose those is to lose weight; body weight. There is no way for you to only lose those, in order to lose them you have to lose weight from around your body. In order to accomplish this try some cardio - running, biking, rock climbing ect., body weight exercises - pushups, crunches, chinups ect., that will boost your metabolism. One easier thing you can do is to just cut down on calories! or change the food that you&#039;re currently eating. Frozen vegetables are cheap tasty and just boil them on your stove for a minute or in your microwave. :)</description>
