What exercises help get rid of belly fat?
I want to lose weight, and really the main part i don’t like is my stomach, i do 30-45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week, i heard that helps. But does anyone know any other exercises that are good for getting rid of belly fat? I don’t really care about having a super toned 6 pack, i just want it to be flatter. Thanks!
