What if the fastest way to get rid of belly fat?
I have been weight lifting for 2 months now and there is a lot of improvement but the only problem is that i haven’t lost any fat at my abdominal region. I workout 3 times a week for 1 hour including bicycle for 15 min. I do reverse crunches and crunches every day 30 reps morning and evening, but still I’m not losing fat on my abdominal region, any suggestions?
