I’m overweight by 10 pounds! Everyone makes fun of me. What should I do?

    I felt the same way too. Tuff isn’t it? But guess what I did? For 3 weeks straight, I ate lots of fruits and vegetables after asking my doctor what to do. Try it. Go see your doctor and see what he/she says. I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks by eating lots of vegetables and fruits. I also walked quite a bit. Also, the people who make fun of you are doing so because they themselves are having serious mental problems and do not know how to deal with it. The next time someone makes fun of you just ask them for some suggestions. Get them involved. Asking goes a long way and I wish you all the best.

  3. Stop it! Just burn up more calories than your eating. Who is everyone? Just ignore them. Tell them you like the way you are and for them to get over it.Jeeesh.Then if you really are over just cut your portions in half and skip on the sweets for a while.

  4. Don’t worry. You can reduce. But do not try any rash methods like induced vomitting. That can get you down and very weak. Try Yoga. Do it early in the morning and do not eat or lie down as soon as you do it. Wait atleast two hours. You can even meditate by lying in a comfortable position, breathing slow and deep and counting backwards slowly from 100 to 1. When you’re finished imagine yourself to be how you want to be. Say t yourself ‘I shall work towards slimming down and I shall succeed’. Mentally.
    Alternatives are vigorous workouts or diet. Don’t try everything together. Have some patience and you can get back at your friend. Also make new friends who are more supportive

  5. go swimming ….u like the way u look tell them to shut up because u like ur self the way u are in my hieght and age im overweight by 30 pounds … people always tell me that im a bit big for my size but the only thing i can say is im betting u cant run continously for 35 min and do other excersises…i might look a bit big but im pretty much not that big and im in shape…and 10 pounds is nothing…everyone is different and we all dont weight the same znd maybe ur not over wieght
