What is the best form on exercise to get a muscular stomach/six pack?

Hi, id like to get a stronger stomach area. Im not fat, lol, i just want to look better and be stronger. I am not into taking drugs, just like sit ups and chin ups and jogging and stuff. What combination of exercises is the best to do this?

  2. Get the video workout by Jackie who has a show on TV just amazon it, it has 3 different focuses on body parts, and one is the core, it is excellent! it really works well! you just need to stay consistent with it
