what really worked for me is the MEdicine Ball Twist. What you do is lie down near a wall and put your feet up on the wall. The position is this: your body (up to your butt) should be flat on the floor, and your legs should be at 90 degrees. Then, you need to either hold your arms up in front of you (preferably with a heavy ball) and twist your body and your arms to the left completely and the right completely. Do this as many times as you feel comfortable, and build on that every day, taking a break at least once a week. Muscles build by tearing, then repairing. If you keep on tearing and dont give them time to repair, they won't grow. Of course, everybody has a six pack, but fat on top of it. YOu need to do cardio to burn the fat, (bike riding, running) and eat well. You should be fine in about 2 -4 months.

First thing to do is get the body fat down to 10% for a guy so the muscle can show. Thats done with diet and cardio exercise. Once you lose the layer of fat start doing lots of incline crunches-50+ a day with a rest day once a week. Some of it is genetic and can't be forced.
