What type of exercise is best for loosing your thighs, love handles and tummy?

Please help! I have been exercising loads in the past five weeks but don’t seem to see much of a change? How much cardio should I bee doing per day?

  1. Cardio, cardio, cardio! I’d suggest doing 45-60 minutes 4-5 days a week. The fat on your thighs, hips, and tummy will melt off within just a few weeks! Make sure your cardio sessions are intense throughout atleast half the workout, though!

  2. running mainly. running does a lot. but i chose biking for everything below the torso. Just bike everywhere! but make sure its a gear bike. BMX will just b a pain as well as Street.

  4. To tone your thighs, do thigh toning exercise.

    You got to cover both inner and outer thighs, to get good results. Do 3-4 times per week for 10-15 mins per session.
