whats a good way to flatten you abs?

Do you think the contour abs work? Im very busy and don’t have time to workout. Please help, any suggestions will help.

  1. I found some small workout plans for you. I hope that helps.

  2. Do situps for about 5 minutes every night. Stick to your schedule. Don’t skip days. What I did for every day of my 8th grade year was situps, every night. Do it as fast at you can for 5 minutes or so, or as long as you can. I usually did it right before bed. After about a year… I had a 6 pack :D
