		<description>Do situps for about 5 minutes every night.  Stick to your schedule.  Don&#039;t skip days.  What I did for every day of my 8th grade year was situps, every night.  Do it as fast at you can for 5 minutes or so, or as long as you can.  I usually did it right before bed.  After about a year... I had a 6 pack :D</description>
