What’s the best exercise(s) for love handles?

  1. Obliques. You lay on your back, and touch your knee with the hand from the opposite side of your body.(Ex.-Right hand touches left knee.)

  2. A good one is doing side leg lifts. This will cause the "love handles" to squeeze and will work that area. You can do this standing up.

    Or you can lay on your side and do leg lifts. This should also help for love handles.

    Don’t do them in a rush take your time and do them slowly, while your watching tv or something. That way you don’t rush through the exercise.

  3. grab one of the "weight ball" things at your gym, and sit on the floor with you rknees bent, feet on the floor, and take the ball and tap the floor with it on each side of you rlegs. Go back and forth slowly about 20 times. do 3 sets.
